Introduction

PrepEvoke ("we", "us", "our") is a live, mentor-led cohort platform offering training in software development, data science, AI engineering, mobile development, product management, business analytics and DevOps, along with a 3-month internship, certificate of completion, AI interview practice, AI resume review and placement assistance. PrepEvoke is a subsidiary of ExamEvoke LLP. By accessing or using our website, app, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the PrepEvoke website and any associated web/mobile applications.
"User" or "you" means any student, professional, or applicant using PrepEvoke's services.
"Services" refers to all features offered on the Platform, including cohort-based courses, internships, assessments, AI Interview and AI Resume tools, and placement assistance.
"Course" or "Cohort" refers to a live, mentor-led program purchased or applied for on the Platform.

Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

Provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone number, and related details).
If you are under 18 years of age, have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register and use the Platform; by registering, you confirm such consent has been obtained.
Use a valid email address and phone number that you have access to, since cohort updates and login details are delivered electronically.

Application & Enrollment

Submitting an application through the Platform does not guarantee a seat in a cohort. Our team reviews applications and reaches out to confirm eligibility, course fit, and payment before enrollment is finalized. A seat is confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you must:

Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
Use the Services only for genuine, personal learning and career-preparation purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or manipulate the AI Interview tool, AI Resume tool, or course content.
Not misuse referral codes (e.g. fake referrals, multiple accounts) to claim rewards you are not entitled to.
Attend live sessions and complete assessments in good faith, as internship placement and the certificate of completion are contingent on satisfactory participation.

Fees & Payments

Current fees for each course, along with any active launch discount, are always shown on the Pricing page and on each course page before you apply. Fees are payable as guided by our admissions team after your application is reviewed; EMI is available for every course on request. PrepEvoke does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — payments are handled through our payment partner(s) in accordance with their own security standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course material, assessments, recordings, branding, and underlying technology — is the property of PrepEvoke, its parent company ExamEvoke LLP, or their respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform, live sessions, and AI tools available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, mentor availability, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Placement assistance, AI Interview practice, and AI Resume review are support tools intended to improve your readiness and prospects. PrepEvoke does not guarantee a job offer, internship, or any specific compensation as an outcome of enrolling in or completing a course.

Limitation of Liability

PrepEvoke is not liable for any damages arising from inaccuracies in course content, misuse of the Services, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, applicable law, or academic/professional integrity standards, including misuse of the referral program or attempts to manipulate assessments.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you apply or make a purchase, we collect information such as your full name, email address, phone number, current status (student/graduate/working professional), course preference, and any referral code used. We also collect usage data such as session attendance, assessment scores, and AI tool usage to improve your experience.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to review and process your application, manage your cohort enrollment, deliver live sessions and course material, power the AI Interview and AI Resume tools, provide placement assistance, process payments, send important service communications, and improve our programs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited data is shared with our payment partner(s) solely to process your payment, with mentors and hiring partners as part of course delivery and placement assistance, and with analytics providers to understand Platform usage.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and secure hosting, to protect your information. Payment information is never processed or stored on our servers.

Your Rights

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, understand usage patterns, and maintain session security. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Refund Policy

PrepEvoke courses are live, cohort-based programs with a fixed batch start date. Because mentor time and cohort seats are allocated in advance, refund eligibility is limited as follows:

Before Cohort Start

You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date (15 October 2026 for the current cohort).

After Cohort Start

Once the cohort has started, fees are non-refundable, as your seat, mentor time, and internship placement have already been committed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented medical or personal emergencies.

Technical or Payment Errors

If a payment was deducted but your enrollment was not confirmed, or you did not receive access due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or re-issuance of access, at our discretion. Any duplicate payment caused by a technical or gateway error will be fully refunded once verified.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email contact@prepevoke.com with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Access & Delivery

PrepEvoke is a fully digital, live-online platform — there is no physical shipping involved in any enrollment.

How Access Is Delivered

Once your enrollment is confirmed and payment is received, our team emails your cohort access details, live session links, and login information to the email address provided during application. This typically happens within a few business days of confirmed payment.

Delayed Access

In rare cases — such as delayed payment confirmation — access may take longer. If you have not received your access details within 3 business days of a confirmed payment, please contact contact@prepevoke.com with your payment reference.
